Time specific projects.
Most of these works were created during residencies for a limited duration and are site specific and/or site responsive. Some pieces were meant to disintegrate naturally. Other pieces I disassembled and recycled or disposed of at the end of the project.
Recycled cardboard is a staple in my practice due to the availability, manageability and relative low impact on the environment. But I veer off when a material is needed to contend with the elements, or when unexpected stuff becomes available, like whole trees or garden debris.
